AN ESSAY ON HOPE

There is hope. Malaysia went close to the precipice but managed to step back. But hope creates expectations. It will take more than just the charm and charisma of the 10th Prime Minister of Malaysia to bring about real transformations. It will take more than euphoria to rebuild a nation that has been scarred by hate politics and religious extremism. Once the euphoria is over and the dust has settled, the real challenges will begin. We must continue to hope, but we, the rakyat, must own the change.

YOUNGLEAD
NEW AND YOUNG LEADER FOR MALAYSIA

Malaysia needs new blood as the Leadership of the country. The country should be willing to take the risk of a new leadership rather than believing that the old leadership would be able to make changes to the country. The old leaderships are not willing to take the risk that would jeopardizes their position and interest. It is very timely for Malaysia to develop a ‘Succession Planning’ of the country leadership. NOW is the right time when Malaysia is facing with the ‘Leadership Crisis’. We are not short of young leaders, but we need to give them the opportunity to rise to the occasion. We need them to challenge and be challenged.

HargaPatut

New Norms
The New Norm – Is My Job Safe?

As some of us may not realise yet, the new norm is asking the ordinary people- “Is my job safe?” How could I earn money for my own living and feeding my family as this Covid-19 may persist longer?

COVID-19
How much longer MCO should last? Part I

Now we know that the Malaysian MCO will last until the 28th of March, and we have to wait at least for two more weeks before we know whether it will be ended then, or it will be extended further by (presumably) another two weeks. The process could repeat itself for some distant time in the future, or it could be ended as rapid as it started.
